Adopt-a-Grandfriend is a program in which high school students sign a contract to attend bi-weekly meetings and travel monthly to the Wartburg Nursing Home in Mt. Vernon. The program is designed to develop stronger relationships between our students and the elderly in order to foster better understanding and address challenges and solutions for both groups.
